This experience comes from landing here and having a confusing and horrible experience with all the people who were trying to help Chris and family move here. Chris and her husband were transferred here from St Louis Missouri in 1992. That is when relocations were new in the real estate world. Chris is trained in residential and commercial real estate. A real estate agent who just shows a buyer a house or lists a house for sale that is not a complete job. Chris knows the emotional aspects of the whole family to move, schools, the trailing spouse, their support group and jobs for them. Chris also works thru the financial needs; how best to sell, buy and rent properties.
From Northern Illinois University Visual Marketing Degree and the Kansas City Art Institute Chris expands the limits of marketing for Real Estate. The Coldwell Banker Manager Training in the state of Florida selected Chris in 2010 because of her ability she presents in coaching new and seasoned agents, being an outstanding realtor in ethics and the knowledge and service she delivers on each and every client. Chris earned yearly The International Presidential Circle award, and is among the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker Real Estate Sales professionals nationwide.
